Bangers and Mash


Johnsonville Brats
Mashed Potatoes
Onions, sliced or diced
Onion Gravy Mix
Beef Better Than Bouillon
Frozen Peas 

Fry Brats in Large skillet. 
When cooked, set aside and add Onions. 
Fry onions until softened and carmel color. 
Add water, onion soup mix, and Beef Better Than Bullion. 
Cook to gravy consistency.
Serve over mashed potatoes with peas and cooked Brats.

Ravioli


Frozen Cheese-Filled Ravioli
Can/Jar Pasta Sauce (chunky garden vegetable)
Yellow Onion (diced)
Ground Hamburger (about 1 lb.)

*Crockpot:
Brown Onion and Hamburger in Skillet
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Sauce stir until incorporated
Pour sauce mixture into crock-pot over frozen ravioli
Cook until ravioli is cooked through
(Low, about 2 hrs.)

Stove-top:
Prepare Ravioli according to pkg. directions
Brown Onion and Hamburger in Skillet
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Sauce and allow to heat through.
Serve Sauce over ravioli or
Mix sauce and ravioli together and serve

Oven:
Prepare Ravioli according to pkg. directions
Brown Onion and Hamburger in Skillet
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Sauce and allow to heat through.
Pour into 9x13 pan over frozen ravioli
Bake until warm through
(350*F about 1 hour)

Bake to pkg. directions
Dips: Bbq, Sweet'n'Sour,Honey Mustard, Ketchup

Chimichaladas

1 pkg. Frozen Chimichangas (beef and bean)
1 can Enchilada Sauce
Cheese
Sour Cream

Put Chimichangas in a 9x13 pan
Pour Enchilada Sauce over Chimichangas
Bake according to pkg. instructions
Shred cheese over top and allow to melt
Serve with Sour Cream

Instant Potatoes (prepared to pkg. instructions)
Country Gravy Seasoning Packet (prepared to pkg. instructions)

Tater Tot Casserole




1 bag Tater Tots
Hamburger
1 Onion
1 can sliced Mushrooms, drained
1 can sliced Olives, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 bag frozen Peas
1 can Corn, drained
1 can Spicy Tomatoes
1 carton Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese (optional)


In frying pan, brown hamburger and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add chopped or cubed onion and sliced mushrooms.
When hamburger loses pinkness, stir in cream of mushroom soup.
Add spicy tomatoes, can of sliced olives, peas, and can of corn. Simmer.
While these are simmering pour ½ - ¾ bag of tots into a 9x13 baking pan.
Mix ½ carton Sour Cream into simmering mixture, spread evenly over tots.
Shred Cheese over top.
Bake at 350* until the casserole is warm clear through.

Scones

1 pkg. Rhoads Rolls Dough
Oil

Heat oil until drops of water sizzle when dripped into oil CAREFULLY!
Be careful- oil will burn if heat is too hot.
Be careful- if too much water is added, oil will splatter & burn you!
Stretch dough until flat and round.
Place dough into hot oil until golden brown- turning for even cooking.

Serve with:
Peanut Butter
Maple Frosting
Jam
Chocolate Frosting
Honey Butter
Cinnamon and Sugar

Stir Fry



Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Onion
Water Chestnuts
Instant Rice
Soy Sauce
Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
Mushrooms
Chow Mein Noodles

Cook Rice to package directions, while rice cooks:
Cut up all vegetables.
Place Chicken, Onion, Mushrooms, and Water Chestnuts in hot frying pan,
Cook until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Add Frozen Veggies and continue cooking until hot through.
Serve with Soy Sauce over Rice.
