1 lb. Hamburger
1 Onion (chopped)
1 4oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms (drained)
2 10.5oz. Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 16oz. Carton Sour Cream
Flat Egg Noodles
Brown Hamburger and Onion in Skillet
Season to taste with Salt and Pepper
Add mushrooms
Add Cream of Mushroom Soup
Begin cooking Pasta to pkg. Directions
Add Sour Cream to skillet
Turn skillet to low when mix is creamy
Serve Sauce over drained pasta
I decided a while ago that it was easier for me to pick what I want to cook/bake if i have a picture to go along with it, so i started compiling the recipes that "work" for DUN and me!

Ravioli

Frozen Cheese-Filled Ravioli
Can/Jar Pasta Sauce (chunky garden vegetable)
Yellow Onion (diced)
Ground Hamburger (about 1 lb.)
Can/Jar Pasta Sauce (chunky garden vegetable)
Yellow Onion (diced)
Ground Hamburger (about 1 lb.)
*Crockpot:
Brown Onion and Hamburger in Skillet
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Sauce stir until incorporated
Pour sauce mixture into crock-pot over frozen ravioli
Cook until ravioli is cooked through
(Low, about 2 hrs.)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Stove-top:
Prepare Ravioli according to pkg. directions

Mix sauce and ravioli together and serve

Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 cans (10.5oz each) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C. Milk
2 C. Frozen Peas
2 cans (12oz each) Tuna
4 C. Hot, Cooked medium egg noodles
1 TBS. Butter, melted
CHEESE
Preheat oven 400*F
Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna, and noodles in a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 400*F for 30 min. or until hot
Shred Cheese over top and bake for 5 min. more.
Spaghetti

Angel Hair Pasta
Can Garden Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce
Diced Onion
Can Sliced Mushrooms (drained)
Hamburger (about 1LB)
Diced Stewed Tomatoes
Put water on to boil
Cook Pasta in boiling water for 5 min.
Drain Pasta. Add about 1TBS butter so pasta won’t be sticky.
Dice Onion and begin cooking in frying pan.
Add Mushrooms and Hamburger, Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook Hamburger through.
Add tomatoes (either drain tomatoes, or allow liquid to reduce)
Pour in Spaghetti Sauce and simmer until sauce is to desired thickness.
Serve over cooked pasta.
Shells and Cheese

Shell Pasta (Bowtie Pasta shown above)
2 Cheese Powder packets from Macaroni and Cheese
5 slices Jalapeño, chopped
8 TBS. (one cube) Butter
½ C. Milk
Onion, diced
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut
Cook Pasta to package directions, while pasta cooks:
Cook Chicken, Jalapeño, & Onion in Frying Pan,
Once Chicken is cooked through, add Butter, Milk, and Cheese Powder.
Stir in pasta
Very good Served with Broccoli or Broccoli and Cauliflower.
