Simple Curry and Rice


1 Yellow Onion (diced)
Ground Hamburger (about 1lb.)
2(10.5 oz)cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Med-sized container Sour Cream
Curry Powder (about 1Tbs- until color is right)
Instant Rice (prepare according to pkg. directions)

Brown Onion and Hamburger in skillet.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
When warm through add Sour Cream
Add Curry powder until desired taste/color
Serve as sauce over Instant rice.

We also really like this with canned mushrooms/drained. Add these when you do the onion so they will also be browned.
